Program Rules
To earn rewards for referrals, you must have an active account with Mobi PCS. If you're planning to become a Mobi PCS customer because your friend told you about us, you will need to purchase a new Mobi phone or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and purchase a Mobi no-contract monthly rate plan.

Promotional Offer  
During the promotional period you can receive a $25 service credit applied to your account and up to $250 in total rewards annually. Your referral will also earn a $25 service credit applied to their Mobi account, (Mobile service credit rewards are limited to $250 annually).

• Referrers and Referees will only receive a $25 reward, for each successful referral/new account activation.
• Referee must be an active Mobi PCS customer for 1 month before the reward is applied to the Referrer and Referee’s Mobi PCS account
• A $25 service credit will be applied to each account, service credits have no cash value
• Only one service credit per a new account
• Existing subs can not refer themselves or a family member on their existing account
• To receive a Referral reward applied to your Mobi PCS account:

          - You must have an active Mobi PCS account
          - The referred friend must maintain an active account with Mobi PCS for a minimum of 1 month
          - The referred friend must provide us the Mobi PCS phone number associated with your Mobi PCS account

• Pease allow up to one (1) week for your referral reward to be applied to your Mobi PCS account. 
• There is a limit of 10 referral rewards applied to Mobi PCS account (max $250 credit annually); once this limit is reached you will not be eligible to receive additional referral rewards for the remainder of the year
• If either the Referrer or the Referee requesting the Mobi PCS referral credit does not maintain an active account during the 1 month waiting period, Mobi PCS reserves the right to deny the service credit.
• If Referee opts to take advantage of the Free Activation & Free Month of Service or the BOGO offer the $25 Refer a Friend credit is not applicable 
• Any referral credits earned and applied to a Mobi PCS account will be added and count towards the $250 annual reward limit.
• Here are the basic rules:

• You must be an active Mobi PCS subscriber on a valid monthly plan* in good standing to earn rewards for your referrals.
• You cannot refer yourself.
• Only 1 service credit will be applied per an account 
• You can begin referring new customers effective November 20, 2015. You cannot exceed $250 in rewards per calendar year.
• Referee must maintain an active, good standing account for a minimum of 1 months before the Reward credit can be applied to the Referrers account.
• Please allow up to 1 weeks after each successful referral for the service credit to be applied.

• Must provide the Referrers Mobi PCS phone number at the time of purchase and activation of a NEW Mobi PCS account
• A referee must maintain an active, good standing Mobi PCS account for 2 billing cycles before the Reward credit will be applied to the Referrer or Referee’s Mobi PCS account 
• A referral credit will be applied for each successful new account activation.
• Please allow up to 1 week after the successful referral for the service credit to be applied. 
• Available for New Activations only
• Not valid for existing accounts that are adding an additional line

*Valid Monthly Plans include any plan that isn't an Employee Plan or Friends & Family Plan.
